- The loan is designed for the members who have invested in share deposits and share capital
- Maximum amount: Projected dividends and Rebates for the next 4 years
- The eligibility is not based on one’s net income / cash flows other than dividends / rebates
- The loan is repayable within 4 years
- Loan Secured by guarantors if the borrower has other loans or has guaranteed other loans
- Eligibility: All other loans either for the borrower or guaranteed must be performing with no previous default history
- The installments for up to the next dividends payout is recovered upon loan disbursement.
