The SACCO is managed by a team of professionals led by the Chief Executive Officer, 7 Chief Managers i.e., Deputy C.E.O./Head of Credit, Head of Operations,Head of ICT, Head of Marketing, , Head of Audit, Head of Finance and Head of Human Resource. The team coordinates and ensure that strategies are implemented to achieve the targeted goals and objectives.
