- Targets duly registered investment groups, self-help groups and community-based organizations.
- The Group must have more than 6 members
- Group to be formally registered with the Social Office
- Group to have saved with Tower Sacco for at least 3 months
- Group minutes with resolution to borrow from Tower Sacco
- Maximum repayment period of 60 months
- The loans is 4times multiplies of the share deposits held in the groups account
